This long staying first-winter drake remained on site from November 27th 2007 to March 4th 2008. What was presumably the same individual was then seen at Brandon Marsh on March 5th and Alvecote Pools on March 14th. |

This first-winter drake was present at Grimley from February 11th to 14th 2006 before moving to nearby Westwood Pool and constituted the first record for Worcestershire. |

This very mobile individual was intially discovered at Branston Gravel Pits on May 24th 2004, but was seen at a number of sites in Warwickshire, West Midlands County and Staffordshire during June. It was the first regional record.
